Go ahead. Yawn and watch a little television. Watch Will and Grace. Several years ago Pastor John MacArthur declared that America was already in judgment–that God had turned His face from a country so defiantly celebrating homosexuality and abortion.
“Oh, no,” yawned the Christians. “That MacArthur is extreme. God is gentle. God is full of grace.”
And so He is. Oh. Wait a minute, though. What about those other attributes? You know, like being Holy and Righteous? Well, that’s all right. Don’t worry about it. Watch a little TV.
And besides, you haven’t said anything. They won’t be coming for you. Not right away. They’ll round up loudmouths like Ken Silva.
